General Policy

• Non-Returnable Items: Unless specifically labeled as returnable at the time of purchase, all products are considered non-refundable and non-returnable.

• Returnable Items: Products marked as returnable must be returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

• Custom or Special Orders: Custom, special-order, or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Authorization

• All returns must be pre-approved. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

• To request a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery for return instructions.

Refunds

• Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product has been received and inspected.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement, credit, or refund as appropriate.
