At Liberty Industrial Supply, we strive to provide quality products and excellent service. Please read our Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
General Policy
Non-Returnable Items: Unless specifically labeled as returnable at the time of purchase, all products are considered non-refundable and non-returnable.
Returnable Items: Products marked as returnable must be returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
Custom or Special Orders: Custom, special-order, or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Return Authorization
All returns must be pre-approved. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
To request a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery for return instructions.
Refunds
Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product has been received and inspected.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement, credit, or refund as appropriate.
