How it works

1. Walk-through. We visit your crib, line-side bins or job trailer and look at what you use, how you reorder and where time gets lost.
2. Plan. You get a proposal: which parts to manage, bin layout, labels and how reordering will work. No cost for the assessment.
3. Setup. We relabel or replace bins, consolidate duplicate parts and stock the program.
4. Keep it full. Scan a QR label or send us your counts and we restock. We review usage with you so the program keeps fitting as your work changes.
