PPE on the floor 24/7. Only what's needed, only to who needs it.

Put gloves, safety glasses, earplugs and other high-use PPE in a vending machine on your floor. Your people get what they need on any shift, you see who took what, and we keep it stocked from our New Jersey warehouse.

What we do

  • Machines on your floor: We place industrial vending machines and lockers where your people work: the shop floor, the tool crib, the yard or the job trailer.
  • Controlled access: Each worker signs in with a badge or PIN, so PPE goes only to the people and jobs it's meant for, with limits you set.
  • Usage reports: See who took what, when, and for which department or job, so you can spot waste and charge usage back where it belongs.
  • Restocking by our team: We track what the machine dispenses and refill it before it runs out. No more counting gloves or chasing reorders.
  • Stocked with PPE you choose: Gloves, safety glasses, earplugs, masks and respirators, hi-vis, first aid and other consumables, matched to your hazard assessment and site rules.
  • Free site assessment: We look at what you use now and where it goes, then recommend the machine, the layout and what to put in it.

How it works

  1. Assess. We walk your site, review what PPE you buy and how it's handed out today, and agree on the products and the limits.
  2. Install. We place and set up the machine, load it, and add your people with their badges or PINs.
  3. Dispense. Workers take what they need on any shift with a quick sign-in. Every item is logged.
  4. Restock and review. We refill from our New Jersey warehouse and go over usage with you, so the program keeps fitting your crews.

What goes in the machine

The most common items are work gloves, safety glasses and face protection, earplugs and hearing protection, masks and respirators, hi-vis and head protection and first aid supplies. Vending also works for shop consumables such as abrasives, cutting tools, tape and batteries. Bulky or slower-moving parts are usually better in managed bins: see vendor managed inventory.

Who it's for

Manufacturers, warehouses, contractors, fleets and facility teams across New Jersey and the surrounding region that hand out PPE every shift and want less waste, no stockouts and a record of usage.

Common questions

What is a PPE vending machine?

An industrial vending machine that dispenses personal protective equipment such as gloves, safety glasses and earplugs to authorized workers. Each person signs in with a badge or PIN, and every item taken is recorded, so PPE is available on every shift without leaving a supply cabinet open.

Does PPE vending reduce costs?

Usually, yes. When people have to sign in for each item, they tend to take only what they need, and usage reports show where PPE is going. How much you save depends on your current usage, which is what our free assessment looks at.

Who restocks the machine?

We do. Liberty Supply tracks what the machine dispenses and refills it from our New Jersey warehouse, so your team doesn't have to count or reorder.

Can the machine hold items other than PPE?

Yes. Abrasives, cutting tools, tape, batteries and other high-use consumables work well in vending. Bulkier or slow-moving items usually fit better in managed bins under our vendor managed inventory program.

Where do you install PPE vending machines?

At customer sites across New Jersey and the surrounding region. Contact us about your location.
