Liberty Supply ("we") runs this website to sell industrial supplies to businesses and individuals. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email, company, phone and delivery address. Passwords are held by Amazon Cognito; we never see or store them.
  • Orders: what you buy, delivery details, PO numbers and notes.
  • Payments: handled entirely by Zoho Payments on their secure form. We receive the payment result (amount, card brand or bank name, last four digits), never the full card or account number.
  • Messages you send us through the Contact us page or the website chat. Chat questions may be answered by an AI assistant (Anthropic's Claude, run in our Amazon Web Services account) before our team takes over.
  • Site usage: if analytics is switched on, Google Analytics records which pages are viewed and what's added to the cart, using cookies, to help us improve the site. It doesn't receive your name, email or payment details.
  • Basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept for up to 14 days for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

To process and deliver orders, send invoices and receipts, answer your questions, keep your account secure, prevent fraud and understand how the site is used. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run our business: Zoho (Zoho Books for orders and invoices, Zoho Payments for payments), Amazon Web Services (hosting, sign-in, email and the chat assistant) and, if analytics is on, Google Analytics. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Cookies and storage

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in and one for the chat, if you use it. Your cart is saved in your browser so it's there when you come back. If analytics is on, Google Analytics sets its own cookies; you can block them in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on.

Text messages

We don't send text messages to customers. Our order-alert texts go only to Liberty Supply staff who have asked to receive them; any of them can reply STOP to stop.

Your choices

You can view and update your details on your account page, and delete your account there at any time. Records of orders and invoices are kept as our business and tax law requires. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
