Terms of sale & website use

These terms apply when you use this website or order from Liberty Supply. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm it when we accept it; we may decline or cancel an order (for example, for pricing errors or suspected fraud), and we refund any payment for an order we cancel.

Prices, tax and payment

  • Prices are in US dollars and can change. The total shown before you pay, including any sales tax, is what you're charged.
  • Card and bank (ACH) payments are processed by Zoho Payments. Card orders are confirmed when the payment goes through; bank payments take a few business days to clear, and we ship once they do. You receive a paid invoice by email.
  • Approved business accounts may order on account and are invoiced on their agreed terms.

Availability and delivery

Products marked "Available to order" are ordered for you when you place your order; products marked "In stock" are on hand. Orders ship from New Jersey. We don't promise specific delivery dates or times online: timing depends on the item, the carrier and your location. If you need something by a certain date, contact us before ordering and we'll tell you what's possible. See Shipping & ordering.

Product information

We work to keep descriptions accurate. Where a product doesn't have its own photo yet, the picture shows the type of product, not the exact item.

Returns and problems

If something arrives damaged, wrong or missing, contact us promptly with your order number and we'll make it right. Ask us before returning anything: email sales@libertysupplynj.com, call (908) 824-0916, or write to Liberty Supply, 15 Minneakoning Rd. Suite 209, Flemington, NJ 08822.

Your account

Keep your password private; you're responsible for orders placed with your account. You can delete your account at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
