Shipping & ordering

How ordering works

  1. Find what you need by category, search, or the filters on each category page (size, thread, length, material, package quantity and more).
  2. Add it to your cart and check out as a guest or with an account.
  3. Pay by card, by bank transfer (ACH), or on invoice if you have an approved business account.
  4. You get an order confirmation right away, and our team gets your order at the same time.

"In stock" and "Available to order"

  • In stock means we have the item on hand.
  • Available to order means you can order it online today and we source it for you as part of fulfilling the order. Most of our catalog works this way, which is how we can offer such a wide range.

Either way, the price you see is the price you pay (plus any sales tax shown at checkout).

Shipping

Orders ship from New Jersey, and they ship quick. Because timing depends on the item, the carrier and where it's going, we don't show promised delivery dates online. If you need something by a certain date, call us at (908) 824-0916 or send us a message before you order and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.

Paying by bank (ACH)

Bank payments take a few business days to clear. We confirm your order right away and ship once the payment clears; your paid invoice is emailed to you then.

Bulk orders, quotes and repeat supply
